We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate HR Manager with solid expertise. This hands-on role requires strong HR skills, a collaborative attitude, and a problem-solving mindset to effectively interact with various departments.
Responsibilities

Develops and maintains HR concepts and strategies for the Velké Meziříčí plant (400 employees) and Warsaw office (50 employees).

Manages personnel activities and HR agenda in compliance with labor laws.

Proposes and implements HR development changes.

KPI monthly reviews.

Collaborates with employees and colleagues from other branches.
