Job Description
The Paris HR team is looking for a full-time intern for a period of 6 months.
The intern will assist the HR team (made up of 7 people) in the following tasks:
- Management of administrative tasks across a spectrum of HR;
- Learning and development activities;
- Employer branding activities and events;
- Overall support in the recruiting process (CV screening, organizing candidate interviews);
- Coordination of the onboarding of trainees joining the Paris office in January and July;
Supervisory/Management
Reports to the Managers of the HR team, Paris.
Availability: September 2025 - February 2026 – 6-months-long internship.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral;
- Fluent in French & English;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Highly organized and proactive;
- Good systems and database skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications;
- Team player;
