We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our Noida HR team. This role is a critical enabler in driving HR operational excellence, ensuring smooth HR processes, and partnering closely with HRBPs to enhance the overall employee experience.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive approach to HR operations, process improvements, and employee engagement.

You will have an opportunity to:

• Manage entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
• Act as a consultant to employees on people related issues and HR policies
• Work closely with senior HRBPs in problem-solving and process optimization
• Champion employee engagement initiatives and corporate values to foster a positive work culture
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide business insights and predict workforce trends.
• Track HR budgets, compliance metrics, and progress on HR projects
• Drive efficiency in HR processes through automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide support on any on-going local/global HR initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist roles. Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation design, storytelling).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Master's degree in HR or a related field.
