【仕事内容】
◎人事領域
・各工場における人事諸制度の運用
・人事異動・配置、人事評価取り纏め、人員計画策定、人件費予決算管理
・労働組合窓口、提案企画、労使協議会の運営、議事録作成
・労働環境整備等の労務管理（労働時間、勤怠）、労務コンプライアンス、社員相談対応
・入社者（新規、グループ内異動）の受入サポート
・就業規則の改定
・採用業務（海外グループ人事と連携した施策実行）
・階層別教育・工場教育の企画・実行
◎総務領域
・健康診断、ストレスチェック、消化設備点検
・駐車場、社員食堂、休憩所、ロッカー、入館証の管理
・イベントの企画・実行（AED・救急救命講習、健保等）
※メイン担当者がいるため、そのサポートを担います。

【必須（MUST）】

・5～7年以上の工場人事での実務経験がある方
・ビジネスレベルでの日本語、英語能力

・衛生管理者の資格をお持ちの方
・現場作業員（直接員）とのコミュニケーションを円滑に進められる方
・外資系企業や海外での勤務経験
・製造業（自動車関連、電気器具等）での勤務経験
