COMPLY is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic People team! This person will be responsible for supporting all administrative HR business functions and supporting the successful delivery of HR special projects. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving HR processes, is highly organized and has a “How Can I Help” mindset. This role will report into COMPLY’s VP, People.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR administrative functions, including maintaining HR records and employee files. 
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to support pre-start and new hire processes. 
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and operate as the point of contact for new hires (provisioning equipment, submitting technology requests, scheduling, conducting new hire orientation, setting team accounts, etc.). 
  • Assist with employee relations, such as answering general questions, maintaining policy compliance, training, engagement, and exit interviews. 
  • Prepare shipping labels and shipping/tracking of new hire equipment. 
  • Occasionally assist with in-office meetings
  • Support the successful delivery of employee communication and HR special projects. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree concentrated in Human Resources, or Business is preferred, but not required. 
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have stellar multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to operate with strict confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills. 
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. 
  • Must be a team-player that can thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
