Job Summary
Illuminate USA is looking for an HR Coordinator in the Columbus, Ohio area to support our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing HR data, optimizing processes, and enhancing associate experience. Your efforts will help drive efficiency, improve workflows, and maintain a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Generate insightful reports on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making and support departmental and company objectives.
- Administer corrective actions promptly and effectively, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal compliance.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, updating and maintaining employee records, benefits information, and performance metrics within our HRIS system, Workday.
- Review and approve employee timesheets using Workday, ensuring both accuracy and timely processing to uphold company policies.
- Participate in the rollout and administration of various HR programs and initiatives, contributing to their success and efficiency.
- Provide robust support to the HR department by performing daily administrative tasks and serving as a go-to resource for HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, with a strong emphasis on administrative responsibilities and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting at all levels of the organization.
