Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive HR Coordinator to be the right hand to our Head of HR Operations! In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly—from managing calendars and prepping for key meetings, to helping move big HR initiatives forward. You’ll coordinate with teams across the company, handle sensitive info with care, and bring structure to our fast-moving world. Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact and administrative support for the Head of HR Operations

Manage and coordinate the Head of HR Ops’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and events with internal and external stakeholders

Proactively monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the Head of HR Operations, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items for leadership and operational meetings

Coordinate logistics for HR leadership meetings, round tables, and cross-functional team sessions

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for executive and operational use

Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across HR initiatives and ensure the Head of HR Ops is briefed and prepared

Act as a liaison between the Head of HR Operations and HR teams or other departments to support communication flow and project coordination

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as directed.
Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, with a strong emphasis on administrative responsibilities and data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting at all levels of the organization.
