Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Business Partner: 30%
- Develop and execute tailored HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing proactive HR guidance to support business growth and success.
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness within the business unit and provide strategic guidance on organizational design to achieve business goals and align with people strategies.
- Ensure HR practices and processes comply with labor laws and regulations, while effectively managing HR-related risks.
- Lead a robust performance management process, including defining roles and responsibilities, delivering regular performance feedback, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development, to ensure the right talent with the necessary skills is in the right roles to meet current and future business needs.
2. Employee Relationship: 20%
- Ensure employee relations policies and practices are aligned with business objectives and fully comply with legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee issues effectively, addressing concerns promptly, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and engagement programs.
3. Transformation Partner: 20%
- Design and execute engagement and change management initiatives that drive a higher-performing organization.
- Serve as a strategic HR collaborator to support organizational transformation efforts and deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to provide expert guidance and support during complex organizational changes, including leadership coaching and communication strategy development.
4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: 20%
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and effective hiring processes aligned with workforce planning projections.
5. HR Operations & Compliance: 10%
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures across all business units.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll inputs and maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 13 years HR experience in multinational companies
- Good knowledge of prevailing HR practices, trends and developments
- Self-driven, strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals
- A team player and self-motivation
- Good interpersonal and well-developed coaching skills
- Mature with pleasant, flexible and professional personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application software
- Fluent in English communication
