The HR Generalist will manage the Compensation & Benefit program, provide HR policy guidance, coordinate compliance training, and support various HR activities. Title: HR Generalist ( 1 year Contract)
Location: Seoul, Korea
Reports to: HR Business Partner
Key responsibilities:
To support the Human Resources various activities.

  • Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner.
  • Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives.
  • Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner.
  • Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required.
  • Coordinate organizational culture program.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Support Tapestry Group project


Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills:

  • 1-3 years' experience in various HR tasks (Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Policy, Law)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office software
  • Experienced in multinational company
  • Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
  • Professional business English
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
