SUMMARY
This position leverages data and analytics to drive HR and business results, developing strategies to identify actionable improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include reporting, monitoring, analyzing data and trends, and communicating results to various audiences while partnering on strategic initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes. This position is also an assistant to the VP-HR.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists and supports VP-HR in developing success measures to evaluate HR strategy effectiveness and ROI, and measures progress toward those goals.

Aligns HR Analytics with organizational priorities.

Performs complex analysis using broad HR data (Wage, Salary, Benefits, Financial, facilities, hiring, performance, and external benchmarking data).

Collaborates with HR functional leaders (compensation, benefits, learning and development, recruiting, total rewards) and stakeholders at all levels to understand processes, identify data needs, and analyze data for improvement and decision-making.

Communicates statistical analyses, results, and implications to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, e-mail, and other communication modalities.

Runs Workday reports and merges people data with other data sources including but not limited to financial and training data.

Supports HR reporting and data needs, develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and Data visualizations.

Ensures data integrity through performing data quality audits and partners with Global/Regional HR teams to design solutions.

Leads development, implementation, and maintenance of standard reporting visualizations across HR focus groups.

Leads development of complex HR models, forecasts, proposals, presentations, and performance measures for executive decision-making.

Aggregates and presents HR survey data as a result of HR focus group and other employee satisfaction surveys.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred

3 or more years professional hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization, and reporting preferred

Demonstrates exceptional skills in achieving alignment, with experience in cross-functional collaboration

Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.

Experience with Workday preferred

Ability to analyze large data sets to inform human capital decisions

Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a strong work ethic

Ability to problem solve through process-driven thought processes

Ability to multi-task various projects using project management software, exhibiting excellent time management skills

Experience using PowerBI to create data visualizations

Experience with Microsoft Office, highly proficient in Excel
