About the Role
The HR Advisor is responsible for assisting the HRBP in providing expert HR advice and guidance on various HR matters to the site leadership team and employees. This role will ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with employment laws and best practices. The HR Advisor will also play a pivotal role in employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations. In addition the role will support KHMS and people cycle implementation as well as the rollout of change management initiatives to
improve the efficiency of the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to relevant functions, sites and individuals through empowering managers in people management practices.
- To provide support and advice in connection with IR and contracts.To be an ambassador for the Kraft Heinz culture and of HR policies and procedures.
- To ensure that the recruitment is completed in a professional and timely manner ensuring it meets the site's production needs and to ensure 'best fit' of people within our Company and who share our vision and values.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships in order to support the business.
- To provide excellent customer service to each Business Unit.
About You
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.
- Experience of providing advice on a range of HR and ER services.
- Experience of working with Trade Unions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, relationship, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Organisational skills including the ability to work on a number of different projects/tasks at the same time.
- The ability to review and interpret statistical information and trends; present this information in a user-friendly format and use the information to review performance.
