As Faherty’s HQ Experience Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Fahertys with executive operations while taking full ownership of the HQ Flagship experience. You’ll be responsible for cultivating a vibrant, efficient, and inspiring workplace that embodies our core values.
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage administrative functions and lead efforts to shape an engaging and seamless office environment. With support from our Leadership Team, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life—ensuring our headquarters is a space where team members feel energized, valued, and excited to come to work every day.
What you’ll do:
- HQ Flagship Experience: Lead and create a world-class hospitality experience in our headquarters. Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless office experience.
- Organizational Systems & Processes: Develop and maintain efficient systems that support office operations and enhance productivity.
- Hospitality & Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and services to maintain a welcoming and well-stocked environment.
- Supporting the Founders: Work with the Chief of Staff to provide high-level executive support to the Faherty founders in their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee front desk operations: welcome visitors, notify HQ partners of arrivals, and manage mail/package distribution.
- Ensure conference rooms, mock store/showroom, and communal areas are always organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Maintain the highest standards for office tidiness and appearance.
- Manage relationships with office-related vendors and ensure alignment with building operations.
- Track and replenish office inventory, including supplies, snacks, beverages, and recreational items.
- Executive Assistance:
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements for the Founders and their Chief of Staff.
- Support executive projects assigned by the Chief of Staff (e.g., assisting with founders' social media content, meeting prep, and presentations).
- People Team Support:
- Partner with the People Team and to coordinate new hire onboarding and company events.
- Manage the new hire experience: preparing supplies, equipment, swag packaging, and workspace setup.
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement events (Dream Team, Fun Fest, Office Lunches, Holiday Parties).
- Lead rewards and recognition efforts (e.g., tracking employee anniversaries and celebrations).
- Act as an office and Faherty Brand ambassador, fostering a positive workplace culture.
What you’ll have:
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a passion for people interaction.
- Exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm for creating positive experiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members, external partners, and the founders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Highly self-directed with strong initiative, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment with the ability to balance company and employee needs.
- Willingness to be hands-on—no task is too big or small.
- Positive, high-energy attitude that motivates and inspires those around you.
We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
