The Role

EARN’M is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and drive the global marketing strategy following the successful launch of the $EARNM token. In this critical role, you will shape and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement across the Web3 ecosystem. You will leverage your deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems to position EARN’M as a market leader while continuously adapting to evolving industry trends.

Reporting to the General Manager of EARN’M, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute growth campaigns, optimize marketing channels, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with both crypto-native and mainstream audiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the adoption of EARN’M’s dApp, the Alternative Initiatives division, SmartNodes, and ecosystem of products.

As a marketing leader, you’ll be accountable for identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting and executing data-driven strategies, and measuring success through KPIs and analytics. You’ll work closely with product, design, community, business development, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts and drive sustainable growth.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of EARN’M’s products.
  • Lead branding, content marketing, performance marketing, and community growth initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content and campaigns that communicate the value of EARN’M’s ecosystem, including the Alternative Initiatives division, SmartNodes, and the $EARNM token.
  • Drive user acquisition through paid and organic marketing channels, including influencer partnerships, SEO, social media, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand brand awareness and market share.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and generate leads.
  • Analyze data and market trends to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance go-to-market strategies, user experience, and conversion funnels.
  • Foster strong relationships with KOLs, media outlets, and strategic partners to amplify EARN’M’s presence in the crypto space.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute innovative campaigns and scale EARN’M’s reach globally.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, successfully scaling marketing efforts in high-growth startups or crypto projects.
  • 3+ years of specialized experience in Web3 marketing with a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, DePIN, DeFi, and token economies.
  • Proven track record of driving growth marketing strategies, community engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience crafting narratives that resonate with Web3 audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, fostering alignment across teams to drive marketing success.
