Job Description

We are currently looking for a Head of Group Business Resilience, where you’ll play a significant role in ensuring the company’s business continuity, civil safety and corporate security. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by ensuring the functioning of Business Continuity and Corporate Security areas. 
 
Business Continuity Management: 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity management system across the organization. This includes creating detailed plans and protocols that ensure the continuity of critical business functions during unforeseen disruptions 
  • Lead and conduct Business Continuity Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis 
  • Coordinate regular tests, simulations, and training to validate business continuity strategies and improve organizational preparedness. Ensure all employees are trained and aware of their roles in each of the plans
  • Serve as a key advisor during incidents or disruptions, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business impact 
  • Partner with risk management, IT, and other relevant teams to align continuity strategies with enterprise-wide risk management objectives. Ensure that all business continuity plans are integrated with broader risk management frameworks 
  • Ensure coordination of civil safety: develop and lead crisis management systems with teams and command centers to ensure effective emergency response, minimizing downtime and protecting reputation, create and update recovery plans to swiftly return to normal operations 
  • Stakeholder relationship management 

Corporate Security: 

  • Develop anticorruption management system, focusing on the main components: corruption risk assessment, management of gifts and hospitality, conflict of interests, whistleblowing channel 
  • Adopt and enforce the highest standards of physical security to safeguard the organization's assets and personnel 
  • Formulate and implement rigorous procedures to ensure thorough due diligence for candidates, employees, and partners 
  • Establish mechanisms to continuously monitor and ensure compliance with relevant sanctions 
  • Conduct investigations to address any allegations or incidents of misconduct 
  • Continuously deliver training on these topics to employees and partner 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in large organizations, with proven effectiveness in matrix structures  
  • Extensive experience in business resilience, including business continuity, civil safety and corporate security 
  • Proven experience in crisis management, emergency planning and ensuring recovery 
  • Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions under pressure, allocate resources effectively, and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders during crises 
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to organize teamwork and develop the team and its members 
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization 
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
