OVERVIEW
This role gives you a chance to help manage how this team works and grows, and how it changes the way Kraft Heinz approaches marketing. The Kitchen agency is taking a new approach to creative work, drawing its insights and inspiration from the opportunities in current events, culture, trends, and the world around us to create best-of-its-kind creative. The HEAD OF ACCOUNTS will manage the full Account Team running all brand work pipelines.

The Kitchen brings together a range of disciplines and capabilities. It's an agile team of creatives, producers, data analysts and social experts working together to deliver remarkable ideas that live in a variety of mediums, with a focus on social media.
This team moves at the speed of culture. It is built to respond to trends and events as they happen, coming up with the ideas that transcend social media to capture the spirit of the moment, earn media impressions, and get the country talking.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the HEAD OF ACCOUNTS, you are the leader for all Brand content and account workstreams. You are a part of the KH Kitchen Leadership Team (LT) and the single leader and voice of Account for the Kitchen.
You'll ensure that we're proactively shaping an agency that anticipates Kraft Heinz brands' needs, is constantly innovating, and makes best-in-class work come to life every single day.
You'll need to be passionate about the work and the industry - from the breadth of insights and opportunities it pulls from culture to the ultimate quality of the creative that your team produces.
You are responsible for implementing our ways of working across the account teams and partnering with the Strategy Director, lead producers and creative directors to ensure the processes of the team are implemented. You will also partner closely with Brand and business units to ensure the account team has clear direction and focus for the years and months ahead. You'll lead the Group Account Directors and Account Directors and processes that deliver success and own relationships with PR, Brand Comms, and other IAT partners.
You oversee all account teams in the Kitchen, and you are a member of the KH Kitchen Leadership team.
You have experience that allows you to manage processes that balance quick turnaround work with longer-lead creative. You've worked across various mediums with an excellent understanding of what works in social, digital, and traditional.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• CLIENT RELATIONS: You are the main point of contact for our brand directors in marketing at Kraft Heinz. You'll work directly with marketers in the organization to ensure we're anticipating the future, and building a team to do incredible work that is unique to the Kitchen, managing the above through Group Account Directors and Account Directors.
• ACCOUNT TEAM OVERSIGHT: Oversee and lead the team's structure and resourcing, ensuring that we focus on the work that will exceed the client's expectations. You lead the account teams and ensure strong and non-traditional creative output, collaborating with and working with the Kitchen's Executive Creative Director and Sr. Strategy director and new Group Strategy Directors.
• WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: You'll direct the team's focus through the Group Account Director and Account directors- ensuring that you are an escalation point for the Account discipline to stay on top of their annual deliverables and insure you're managing the leads to be focused against the right work daily, quarterly and annually.
• TEAM LEADERSHIP: You Inspire and direct a team to believe in the Kitchen's mission and to deliver true success for our brands. You are responsible for growing, retaining, and motivating the account team to succeed. You are responsible for being the lead Account person in The Kitchen and account expert for BU support as needed.
• VISION: You act with optimism and a love for the next big challenge, insuring your team is working as one integrated team with your brand partners and the creative directors. You are the voice of the client inside The Kitchen.
• ADAPTABILITY: you demonstrate resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility
• ORGANIZATION & FOLLOW THROUGH: You can sit above the work but are able to dive into the work as needed. You follow-through in all you do via communication, with clarity.
• You help the agency develop a strong and positive relationship within the Kitchen and Kraft Heinz and help advance and map future brand & Kitchen strategies with the Kitchen Leadership Team. as a member of the Kitchen Leadership team.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• 15+ years of experience working Accounts, Client Service in a traditional, social, or agnostic agency focused on big ideas.
• Have worked on large clients and portfolios exceeding several million dollars
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills at the leadership level
• Proven project management & account management expertise
• Understanding of agency budgeting and reporting requirements
• Proven strategic thinker
• Authentic people person with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Confident and experienced with presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, negotiation skills
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to oversee, and deliver against, a large P+L
• Proven ability to identify, pursue and sell business growth opportunities
• Exceptional relationship building and people management skills
• Understanding of agency budgeting and reporting requirements (ability to report out weekly, quarterly, annually)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 - $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
