Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance at a Glance....
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Strategic Accounts & Growth Channels Sales Finance and Sales teams with Area level financial reporting, analysis, and routines with heavy exposure to all members of the SA Leadership Team. This person will be the primary liaison with Sales Finance FP&A to collaborate and coordinate on central reporting routines and requests.
What's on the menu?

  • Coordinate ZBB planning for the Area including annual budgeting, monthly actuals reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc support.
  • Coordinate monthly sales forecast reviews including preparation of reporting, identifying variances requiring explanation, and consolidation of commentary for the Area level report out.
  • Coordinate weekly revenue pacing routine with CVPs including report generation and consolidation of commentary for the Area level report out.
  • Maintain Joint Business Plan financial and performance tracking to bring visibility to expected vs. actual ROI on investments.
  • Maintain and communicate monthly financial routines and deliverables calendar for the Area.
  • Develop additional reporting as needed to support the Area Sales and Sales Finance team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 3+ years of financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience
  • Ability to effectively summarize and communicate complex information upwards to influence decision making and drive action
  • Disciplined approach toward execution with attention to detail
  • Agility to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • Experience with SAP and Circana

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
