The Head of Account Management will lead a team responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with other teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver operational excellence in account management.
What will your role be:
- Lead, coach, train, and inspire the Account Management team to ensure continuous professional development and high performance.
- Ensure effective customer service management and client satisfaction to maximize the business potential of the existing client portfolio.
- Oversee the department's day-to-day activities, analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators of the existing portfolio in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia at the Account Manager level, identify issues, and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare regular reports for company management of the Region/Group, when required.
- Represent the company within the local business community to enhance the visibility of the Coface brand and foster the development of new business relationships.
- Manage a network of partners, cultivate and maintain key relationships with important intermediaries.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in financial institution, bank, insurance, or credit collection is desirable.
- Strong leadership, team management and team development skills.
- Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.
- Professional English level (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken Russian is desirable.
- Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
