Summary
We are looking for an analytical and tech-savvy growth hacker with an engineering background to support and spearhead our demand generation efforts and drive outbound B2B leads. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise and creativity to design, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies. You’ll collaborate with both marketing and sales teams to create scalable growth campaigns that deliver qualified leads for the B2B pipeline.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with Marketing and other teams to support and execute innovative and unconventional demand generation initiatives aimed at amplifying qualified outbound B2B leads
- Build, support, and manage end-to-end outbound campaigns, using tools like cold email outreach and other outbound channels to drive top-of-funnel growth
- Leverage your engineering expertise to automate lead generation processes, data enrichment, and scaling of outbound strategies
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads, optimizing handover processes and feedback loops to improve lead quality
- Analyze data from outbound campaigns including account scoring to measure effectiveness, optimize performance, and implement new tactics based on insights
- Run continuous A/B tests and growth experiments to refine messaging, targeting, and lead conversion tactics
- Use data-driven approaches to segment target audiences based on firmographics, behavior, and market trends, ensuring precise targeting for outbound efforts
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, systems, and platforms that can enhance outbound lead generation and demand growth
We'll be excited if you have
- Engineering degree (B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field) is required
- 1+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing in a B2B context
- Strong analytical understanding of B2B sales funnels, outbound marketing strategies, and demand generation
- Proficient with data analytics tools to drive insights
- An unconventional, non-linear growth mindset with passion for experimenting, testing, and optimizing for continuous results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Bay Area. Candidates outside the location are encouraged to apply though must be willing to relocate.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is USD$90,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
