Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for providing Marketing administrative support for High Performance Power Product Line. The person will interact closely with Product Marketing, Planning & Sales. It is expected the candidate will have strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills. It is essential that the candidate provides proactive support to the marketing team and have strong organizational skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities include the following:

  • New Product Launch Responsibilities:
    • Setting up of new models on SAP
    • Pricing set up on SAP.
    • Gatekeeper for Release requirements for flags in SAP
    • Web updates – make relevant models available for on-line purchase.
    • Ensure products are correctly represented and visible on website.
    • Product Line contact site to be maintained and updated on web.
    • Setting up of specials and x-grade products on ADI’s internal systems.
    • Attend strategy meetings in order to keep up to date with ongoing issues/release dates
  • Product Samples/Evaluation Kits/Datasheet Support:
    • Co-ordinate pre-release sample/evaluation kit requests
    • Coordinate pre-release datasheets/documentation
    • Report out on sample/demoboard activity
  • General Business Support:
    • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Responsible for obsoleting product as required per Obsolescence Procedure.
    • Responsible for approving samples requests/ assisting with order entry
    • Ensuring that flags are lifted/reset where necessary when orders are placed.
    • Manage New Product releases– ensure all release criteria is adhered to.
