About the role:

Pacvue is seeking a visionary Group Creative Marketing Manager to lead the creative strategy and development for our enterprise brand. This role is responsible for shaping the visual and narrative identity of Pacvue, while also being able to create and design independently. The ideal candidate will ensure that all creative assets resonate with our mission, inspire our audiences, and position Pacvue as a market leader.

 Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership:
    • Develop and own the creative vision for the Pacvue enterprise brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels.
    • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals to deliver high-quality, impactful work while meeting fast-paced deadlines.
  • Brand Strategy:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to define, evolve, and execute the Pacvue brand identity at scale.
    • Create compelling storytelling that communicates Pacvue’s value proposition to diverse audiences, including B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Development:
    • Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.
    • Partner with performance marketing teams to develop creative that drives measurable results, balancing brand-building with lead generation.
  • Design Oversight:
    • Ensure all creative assets maintain a high standard of excellence and organization, aligning with Pacvue’s brand guidelines and broader business objectives.
    • Innovate and push creative boundaries while staying on brand and on strategy.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
    • Partner with product teams to bring creative insights to product launches and customer-facing materials – making decisions based off of data and analytics, keeping the user experience at the forefront.
    • Stay on top of design trends, technology, and best practices to keep Pacvue’s creative approach cutting-edge.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or eCommerce space.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing agency or vendor relationships.
  • Able to create, design, and execute projects independently while simultaneously managing a team of designers, helping them grow and develop, and giving timely, constructive feedback on projects.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful brand campaigns for enterprise or B2B companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and work as an independent design contributor across multiple channels and formats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and driving meaningful results.
  • Expert use of the Adobe Creative suite, Figma, and can give direction and guide video and motion projects.
