What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Genesys PureCloud Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys PureCloud architecture and APIs.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.
  • Experience with RESTful services and integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Genesys certifications (e.g., PureCloud Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other Genesys products (e.g., Engage, Cloud) is an advantage.
