As a Genesys PureCloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing contact center solutions using Genesys PureCloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Genesys PureCloud.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure Genesys PureCloud features to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Genesys platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
- Ensure best practices in code development and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Genesys PureCloud.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Genesys PureCloud Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Genesys PureCloud architecture and APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with RESTful services and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and customer experience strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genesys certifications (e.g., PureCloud Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of other Genesys products (e.g., Engage, Cloud) is an advantage.
