GA Capability Development Manager (Quản Lý Phát Triển Năng Lực Đội Ngũ Văn Phòng Tổng Đại Lý)

1. GAD Capabilities Development (30%)
•Build and execute a competencies framework that aligns with our company's vision, mission and values;
•Track the completion of the competencies framework and provide feedback and coaching to the GAD;
•Report on the progress and outcomes of the competencies framework;
2. SM, CS, BO, OM Capabilities Development (50%)
•Assess the current and future needs and gaps of the sales force and develop a comprehensive learning roadmap to address them;
•Lead and manage the sales capabilities development team to design, deliver and evaluate effective learning solutions for SM;
•Collaborate with internal departments and GAD to ensure the quality, relevance and impact of the learning solutions;
•Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the learning solutions and provide regular feedback and recommendations for improvement;
3.Big GAs Learning partner (20%)
•BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer) the success learning model (Learn-Practice-FUFT) to GAs;
•Facilitate “on-demand” learning activities for this special group of GAs;
•Monitor and evaluate execution progress and performance;
