Description

We are looking for a front desk receptionist, who will be the first point of contact for our company.

You will create and maintain a pleasant, welcoming entrance environment for our office visitors (employees, guests and delivery people).

Help ensure that our reception experience is effective, secured and pleasant.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reception operation
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Handle office administration activities independently (deliveries & shipments, purchase management, office equipment, kitchen supplies)
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Support for the various departments in the company
  • Support welfare dep with events, Happy Hours, travel etc.



Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience - advantage
  • Strong verbal and written skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work from Petah-Tikva ( on-site model)
