Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and executive team, driving strategic initiatives and improving organizational effectiveness. This role involves working with the CEO on all matters of managing the business, streamlining day-to-day operations, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. The Chief of Staff must come from a global public company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing strategic counsel and insights on key initiatives.
- Project & Process Management: Lead strategic business initiatives and oversee their successful execution.
- Organizational Efficiency: Identify and implement processes to improve productivity across teams.
- Communication Excellence: Act as a liaison between executives and departments, ensuring alignment on goals.
- Program Oversight: Monitor and coordinate critical projects to ensure desired outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Budget Management: Support decision-making through data analysis and budget oversight.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English.
- Proven success in project management and financial analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
