Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a motivated individual for its open Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position at its corporate headquarters in North Mankato, MN. The position is responsible for the reception area and supporting the executive administration team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phones
- Oversee conference room calendars and coordinate large meetings
- Special project work as assigned
- Support executive administration team
You Must Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related / relevant experience in position or specialization
- Exceptional ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or guests in-person and via phone
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
We Would Also Prefer:
- Customer service background with interpersonal skills
- Interest in helping others with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
