About the Job

Assist with the support/coordination of LS&Co’s DE&I initiatives

Assist in the research, coordination, and deployment of employee resources, communications, and trainings
-
Research best practices to recommend new approaches, training, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of employment and DE&I programming

Serve as support to LS&Co working groups, inform leaders of progress and provide solutions for continued success

Attend required team and organization-wide meetings

May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned

Possible special project work: research on codes of conduct and internal policies, non-profit market research, communications, ERG programming, veteran support, etc.
About You

Passion for inclusion and belonging

High school diploma or GED
-
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program
-
Expected Graduation date Spring 2026

Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)

Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
Benefits:

Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate

Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
