We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Systems Administrator with extensive knowledge in NetSuite to join our organization. As the Financial Systems Administrator, your main responsibility will be managing and overseeing our financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite. Your expertise in NetSuite customization will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and accuracy of our financial data and processes. This position requires strong technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial systems and accounting principles, specifically within the context of NetSuite.
You will:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and related areas.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of NetSuite customization tools, including SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder, to develop and enhance customizations, workflows, scripts, and other system functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and applications, such as Salesforce.com, Concur and third-party software, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across various platforms.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within NetSuite by performing regular data audits, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and custom analytics within NetSuite, leveraging SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and other reporting tools, to support decision-making processes and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, and other stakeholders, to identify system improvement opportunities, lead system upgrades, and implement new features and functionalities.
You have:
- Extensive experience in financial systems administration, with a strong focus on NetSuite and its customization capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite, including advanced proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and related areas.
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and integration projects involving NetSuite.
- An ability to diagnose and resolve Production environment issues in real time, in support of our teams
- High proficiency in NetSuite ARM strongly preferred
- Proficient in working with other financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems, procure-to-pay systems, CRM platforms, travel and expense management tools, middleware/integration platforms, and reporting analytics software.
- Implementing SOX controls and change management for Audits.
- Experience in creating Technical design documentation, building Architectural diagrams and flows as needed for the projects and enhancements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- You are capable of understanding what is happening in SuiteScript, even if you aren’t a developer.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Professional certifications such as NetSuite Certified Administrator or SuiteFoundation
- You possess experience with Boomi integrations
USA: $69,500 - $83,526
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
