The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$109,600.00 - $164,400.00

Purpose Statement:  The Financial Solutions Manager, in partnership with the Customer Management Vice President, Market Sector Teams, Costing Teams, and Regional Teams, is responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and management for both new and existing business.  Prepares cost and price models, pro-forma financials, and financial analysis.  Identifies financial improvement opportunities, and engages appropriate functions within the business to drive improvement.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Partner and collaborate with Costing, Market Sectors, Regions, and Supply Chains teams to complete the financial models and analysis for new business costing opportunities, non-traditional modeling, and existing customer simulations
• Lead financial dialogue during Executive Reviews by providing complete overview of financial models including key highlights, model assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Complete financial analysis for the sector, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and develop action plans with Sector Leadership.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and financial training to various sector team personnel. Ensure financial related escalations are properly followed and executed
• Develop and maintain the Financial toolsets required to complete the modeling and analysis for new and existing customers

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required with at least 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with three
• Five (5) years of related experience is required; Three (3) years of related experience is preferred.
• Financial analysis and costing experience required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Other Qualifications:  

• Proficient in evaluating, designing, and implementing financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Extensive experience in utilizing statistical tools and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Adept at integrating financial systems with other business applications to ensure seamless operations which includes Cognos.
• Demonstrated aptitude for identifying and resolving complex financial system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Physical Requirements:  

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
