As Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A, you’ll be part of the Smart Storage & MAC Tools Finance team with the responsibility for providing financial insight and analytics for sales, SG&A, margin and working capital.
This opportunity reports directly to the FP&A Manager – Smart Storage, MAC Tools & PROTO. Other highlights include:
- Coordinates the month-end closing process with analysis and reporting across the businesses in relations to the P&L and working capital, including summarization and roll up to the Tools & Outdoor FP&A Group.
- Supports the preparation of key leadership meetings including MBR, Budget and Strat Plan for the President and CFO of the businesses.
- Reviews, Analyzes and Reports out daily sales for Smart Storage & MAC Tools, including PowerBI dashboard management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Opportunity to lead and/or support special cross-departmental projects to further deepen FP&A expertise and expand the network while working on top priority assignments with exposure to the International President & CFO
- Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
- Collaborate cross-functionally in report building and leveraging tools like Power BI or Alteryx, enhancing data integration and streamline workflows
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years of finance or business-related experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership.
- Strong problem solving, business case development, and communication skills.
- High business acumen and increased collaboration with both cross-functional and business leaders.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus
