Key Responsibilities:

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within the timescales set by the period end checklist. At period end, responsible for sub-ledgers reconciled to the general ledger and delivery of complete and accurate trial balances to Financial Control.

Deliver reporting processes in compliance with Risk and Financial Control policies.

Deliver reports accurately and ensure timely completion within the timescales set by SLA (Service Level Agreement). This involves investigation of issues and problem solving, call out process exceptions and provide feedback to reporting queries in a timely manner.

Perform balance sheet forecast on monthly basis and ensure high level of accuracy is maintained.

Deliver performance insights in accordance with performance SLA through monthly presentation and decks submission.

Continuously identify opportunities of improvement to achieve seamless reporting experience and subsequently faster deliverables. This includes the regular review of reporting and forecasting model, building robust reporting and forecast approach to reduce complexity and achieve efficiency.

Contribute subject matter expertise to Finance change projects (including business requirements and user-acceptance test scripting).

Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilized to carry out FSS processes are accurate and up to date. Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.

Support internal audit on queries and requests for information. Provide technical support to Finance and business stakeholders via standard and ad-hoc analysis and investigations as and when required.

Enhance Finance and reporting skills via an agreed and documented development plan.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with sound knowledge in accounting standards and principles.

At least 3 years of work experience in Account Receivable or Accounting, preferably from FMCG background.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in SAP SD module, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

English fluency is mandatory, both verbal and written.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Able to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
