Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst II for Insurance Carrier.

- This position will provide finance support for the Agency Brokerage Network as well as Strategic Partnerships including but not limited to building out processes to track GWP, new business counts and Policy-In Force tracking which may include manual collection of data and build within Power BI environment. In addition, building out automated process in PowerBI to track and measure success/Key performance indicators for the agencies.
- Will, prepare financial reports and analysis for business unit management personnel at all levels. Provide other finance support and special projects as required. Work closely under direct supervision of a senior Financial Analyst or a Finance Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Full proficiency in English
- +3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Budget and Forecasting - Intermediate
- Data Analytics tools-Basic
- Financial Modeling - Intermediate
- Management Reporting - Intermediate
- SAP - Intermediate is a plus
- Power BI - Intermediate is a Must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA) is a plus
- Experience in EPM/ SAP
- Experience in Business Objects.
