To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

Responsibilities:
As a SAP Center of Practices Specialist, you will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications related to Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales Experience. Collaborating with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Center of Practices (COP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future, focusing on SAP applications and best practices. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the program of software renovation, focusing on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Providing input to sales and commercial controls for software and applications on both regional and global levels.
  • Collaborating with management and overseeing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Exploring opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.
  • Ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.


Requirements:
We seek candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers, possessing experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Good overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture in ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Expert knowledge as Sales and Distributions and commercial modules such as SAP CCM, including pricing configurations, conditions contract, settlement management, commercial master data and analytics.
  • Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in application and configuration.
  • Experience in managing large-scale software and application services.
  • Program/Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
  • Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
  • General technical background.
  • Understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.
  • Process and service orientation.
  • CPG Business processes experience is a plus.


Additional Information:

  • 4-8 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
  • At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version in specific to SAP Conditional Contract Management - CCM.
  • Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development.
  • Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
  • Education/Certifications: SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
  • Travel requirements: 30 - 60%
