The ideal candidate should have previous B2B experience marketing to and driving demand within vertical industries, a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective field and channel marketing strategies, a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and broad experience across webinars, trade shows, virtual events, email marketing, and third-party sponsorships.

Responsibilities

As a Field Marketing Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Execute and iterate upon Claroty’s APJ field strategy to drive net new opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen our customer relationships
  • Spearhead Claroty’s physical and digital event strategy in Japan and North Asia, including but not limited to: identifying key events, roundtables, pre- and post communication, and drive attendance
  • Localize marketing campaigns and programs to Japanese - across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner events
  • Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) 
  • Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify/adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
  • Effectively manage procurement processes and budget (regional marketing and MDF - Marketing Development Funds)
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory, including collateral, giveaways, and supplies, to ensure timely and efficient execution of events and conferences
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to track, analyze and report on campaign performance based on pipeline, revenue and MQL metrics across all channels



Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 5+ years experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Fluent in Japanese and English - both spoken and written
  • Conversational Korean a plus
  • Understanding/experience with executing trade shows and conferences
  • Experience using Salesforce - Hubspot is a bonus
  • Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find quick solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team and working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
  • A love of travel to support activities as needed
