We are looking for a Field Account Manager R&D Strategic Accounts (F/H) based in Belgium, remote position.

Execute the early-stage seeding strategy and execution model within the designated Key Accounts and modality segment

Build strong technical relationships with designated customer’s Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) on early-stage processes aimed at driving maximal technology adoption and collaborate closely with commercial team to ensure success

Provide Product Ddevelopment (PD)/Scale-up consultancy to accelerate the molecule development lifecycle and support long-term partnership on a modality-relevant basis

Present Customer value based on Sartorius solutions that is relevant, digestible and practical for the Customer and their KPI’s

Execute trials and demo activities at the customer’s site in support of the early-stage opportunities with a goal towards commercialization, including hands-on trials in the lab, as well as by working closely with Field Account Specialist (FAS)/Business Area (BA) team; keep ownership over the projects until process is robust.

Support process transfer wherever needed, Regionally as well as Globally

Transfer knowledge and best practices to commercial team/Application Specialist (AS) team

Act as a process consultant for critical leads/opportunities to drive the adoption of Sartorius technologies / platforms

As needed, support regulatory/process related activities to enhance market awareness and the Company’s, the Team’s as well as your own expert image
Qualification & Skills:
-
Master's degree in biochemistry, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering or equivalent in life sciences
-
Several years of experience in biopharmaceutical process development, scale-up, process characterization, technology transfer, scale-up, production or application support in upstream or downstream, Fluid Management Technology experience would be a plus

Proven skills of relevant process unit operations in cGMP Bioprocessing with related regulatory knowledge

Understand biologics drug development and application process

Excellent skills in communicating and presenting technical added values

Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams without formal authority; takes strong ownership over projects, yet can execute collaboratively

Can inspire business sense, commercial aptitude (sales experience) preferred

Excellent spoken and written skills in French and English

**Travel Requirements** – Hybrid work schedule within Bruxelles. International (UK) (once a month) and domestic travel will be required for training and commercial purposes
