As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Senior Vice President.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain calendar for meetings, appointments, and travel

  • Screen communication, including mail, email, and telephone calls

  • Transcribe dictation, if required, by the Officer

  • Maintain office files and records

  • Perform special projects and assignments

  • May assist with compiling and developing a budget

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Maintain flow of correspondence and communications throughout the Company

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years experience preferred

  • 2 year degree preferred:  Some college or business/secretarial schooling

  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and related applications

  • Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel from employees to Board members

  • Customer service skills

  • Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by the Officer

  • Ability to handle confidential information

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $28.52 per hour depending on experience.
