Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our Vice President, Global Media Activation (GMA), within our Markets & Channels Marketing organization, with the following responsibilities:

Coordinate and keep structure and a clear overview of the VPs calendar, email and tasks.

Manage the GMA Leadership (MS&T) Team’s meeting agenda (coordination, preparation, follow-up on actions).

Responsible for the year calendar for the VP and the GMA Leadership team (Town Halls, regular meetings, seminars, collaboration meetings).

Take an active role in the GMA Leadership team and support across initiatives.

Responsible for the overall internal communication in GMA (Presentation, setup and ensure structured approach).

Coordinate and book travel arrangements.

Create PO’s and expense reports.

In this role you will be part of the Global Media Activation Leadership Team, supporting the building of a new organization focused on making sure The LEGO group gets the most of its paid media and advertising. I am looking for someone to come in with energy, and appetite for change and growth.
Do you have what it takes?

Proven experience as a successful PA or in a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, ideally within a global organization; and preferably (but not a must), who has worked in similar roles within a Media Agency or in Marketing, Design or similar creative areas.

Experience planning and delivering meetings and events.

Strong skills with the usage of Microsoft Office programs.

Great communication skills, also able to handle and maintain a high-level of confidentiality.

The ability to multitask, prioritize and organize in your day-to-day work.

Comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour
-
Team player with a high degree of collaboration, able to build relationships quickly and effectively.

Worked independently to plan and manage own work, producing results and completing tasks within a given timeframe.

Strong bias to action and proactive approach to getting things done and being ahead of the need.

Proficiency working in written and spoken English.
