A Partnerships Assistant - Solution Manager focuses on developing, implementing, and managing solutions that stem from partnerships. This role goes beyond simply establishing partnerships; it involves creating integrated solutions and ensuring these partnerships are operationally effective, technically sound, and deliver tangible value to the company and its customers. This is a product role where procurement solutions such as learning solutions, consulting solutions, co-sourcing solutions, outsourcing solutions are developed and tested.
Solution Design and Development
Accountability: Crafting solutions that integrate partner products or services with the company’s offerings, ensuring they are technically feasible and strategically beneficial. Outcome Expected: Effective, well-integrated solutions that enhance the company’s product portfolio or service offerings.
Implementation and Execution
Accountability: Leading the deployment of partnership solutions, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution. Outcome Expected: Smooth, on-time implementation of partnership-driven solutions with minimal disruption to existing operations.
Technical and Operational Alignment
Accountability: Ensuring that solutions are technically sound and operationally viable, which may involve testing, troubleshooting, and validating performance. Outcome Expected: Solutions that are stable, reliable, and compatible with existing systems and operational workflows.
You are the right person for the job if you have:

Experience: Up to 1- 3 years.

Experienced in managing procurement contracts and collaborating with international teams across all levels of seniority.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Skilled at influencing without formal authority and effectively managing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Proficient in collaborating with procurement category managers to develop and prototype solutions.

Possess an innovative, energetic mindset with a high degree of agility and flexibility.

Adept at navigating ambiguity, embracing agility, and consistently meeting sales targets.
