Are you passionate about Information (IT) and Automation Technology (OT) and aspire to make a meaningful impact? Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT) supports this mission from Phase I of development to product maturity at 11 locations globally, with the aid of IT and OT teams. As a System Process Specialist (SPS) within the 1-Stop-Shop SAP support team, you possess a profound understanding of processes and collaborate with the Business Community to continuously enhance business processes and IT applications. Acting as a trusted adviser and intermediary, you address incidents on behalf of users, train key users, and represent system user interests in projects. Your role includes coordinating input from your area of responsibility and optimally communicating project goals and progress to business areas.

Your Opportunity:

  • End-to-End accountability for Manufacturing/Quality System support, including personal contact for key and end users.

  • Log, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents/requests in Service Now; escalate and involve 2nd level support as needed.

  • Perform root cause analysis, cooperate with 2nd level support, and validate/test resolution proposals.

  • Communicate and coordinate end-user activities during major incidents and supervise interface for business cases.

  • Engage in continuous improvement of ERP Systems; regularly exchange with support network and Business Process Experts.

  • Aid end users in submitting new process improvement ideas, considering interdependencies and system impacts.

  • Describe and manage the full lifecycle of coordinated Change processes to business processes with system impact.

Who you are:

  • Proficient in support processes/tools for incident and change management; possesses strong trainer and methodology skills for specific trainings.

  • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of ERP systems with basic knowledge of related systems (e.g. MES); solid grasp of Manufacturing/Quality business processes and local specifics.

  • Solves sophisticated problems with existing solutions and works independently within guidelines; potentially leads sub-projects or participates in larger projects.

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, strong understanding and proficiency in SAP modules, architecture, and integration points; experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions is advantageous.

  • Excellent networking, communication, and language skills (German and English); highly developed customer focus, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking, and teamwork experience.
