Job Overview:
The Field Service Engineer will be assisting with liquid, solid, and gas equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, liquid/gas/solid canister changes, data collection, and facilitating prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters. Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company.
Responsibilities:

Provide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers.

Chemical canister replacement

Troubleshooting

Maintenance

System Upgrade

Modifications for Improvement

Data collection

Make sure your customers are satisfied and lessen the complaining
Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Education, Experience)

technical degree in engineering, science, or chemistry field required
-
Experience in field support/service of similar experience in an equipment company

CVD/CMP/WET/Implant module EE&PE experience will be an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication and customer interface skills.

Proactiveness in opportunities, data collection, customer needs and requirements, and in problem-solving.
