About the Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist for the EMEA region, you will support HR Business Partners, people leaders, and team members by administering employment policies, investigating employee concerns, and recommending solutions to promote positive employee relations. You will conduct workplace investigations, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and assist with performance management. Your role includes maintaining documentation, delivering professional and efficient service, and leading ER projects to improve processes and reporting.
Responsibilities:

Investigate and manage employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.

Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.

Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.

Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Collaborate with the legal department on handling issues related to employment laws and regulations.

Provide training and workshops on employee relations issues to foster better communication and improve employee morale.

Assess employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and interviews.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Fluency in German and English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an international organization.

Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Proficiency in other European languages, including Polish and Spanish, would be a significant benefit.
