As part of Mondelēz International Business Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance
How you will contribute
As TA Coordinator Lead for DACH/CZ/SK/HU you are a crucial part of the TA organisation and you will work in close collaboration with the TA Advisor Leads for the Business Unit.
Team spirit is a must have for this role, seeing the glass half full and driving collaboration at all stages of the recruitment process internally as well as externally.
The successful candidate will be team self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving is a must and we need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work, but identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient.
Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative to drive collaboration, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Mondelez International.
Desired experience and knowledge:

  • Data management
  • Leading (remote) teams at different levels of experience, coaching and mentoring
  • Managing performance driven by service level agreements and metrics
  • Relationship management with a client focus
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Process management skills
  • Working in a shared service organization a decided advantage
  • Stepping into TA Coordinator position as required
  • Oversees candidate reimbursement, PO process and invoicing vendors
  • MDLZ Projects: local focus to ensure gathering local specifics to ensure compliance with legal requirements and possibility to translate into systems.
  • Audit; compliance and controls lead for TAC (Shared responsibility between TAC Leads)
  • Language: English (C1) & German (C1) & Slovak/Czech/Hungarian are an advantage.
