Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) DACH position gives you the opportunity to have a large impact on our growth journey. While there is no typical day on the team, you'll have exposure to a variety of areas, including:
- Coordination & Operations: Master the fundamentals that drive our recruitment efforts by managing external job postings, creating employment contracts, organizing the background screenings and processing reimbursements,. Working closely with our hiring managers and candidates, you'll help support every step of the recruiting administration process.
- Candidate Experience: You will act as a brand ambassador and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand Mondelez International is a great place to work. You'll manage candidate communications and help guide them through the interview process from application to hire
- Audit: you will own the Talent Acquisition Audit process for TAC DACH

What We Look For
- Fluency in German language (spoken and written) is essential as you are supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Work experience in areas such as Administration, Customer Services, Recruitment Administration or HR Administration would be ideal backgrounds to be successful in this role.
- A demonstrated interest or background in recruitment or human capital would be preferable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present confidently to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
