The Role You Could Play
In this role, you will work alongside the eCommerce Trade and Content Manager to support the delivery of the category strategy online to deliver category and business targets with the broader digital strategy in mind. You will also contribute to the merchandising strategy for the websites and app across Australia & NZ, including customization, optimized usage of predictive intelligence tools, and identify opportunities for personalization through product recommendations. Additionally, you will be working closely with MECCA departments to execute campaign content across our website.
Day to day you will be involved in:

Managing merchandising for BAU categories to support campaigns

Enriching all products with detailed descriptions that aid the customer journey

Approve, test and validate all product information prior to go live each month

Continuous review and enrichment of PDPs to ensure accuracy of information and online conversion is optimised

Support weekly and monthly reporting by gathering relevant sales data for analysis

Managing promotional set up for eCommerce campaigns
What You Will Bring
Ideally you will have some experience within eCommerce or digital marketing and enjoys supporting a team within a fast-paced and agile environment. You will enjoy being hands-on, are self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills as well as a creative mindset.
Along with this, our ideal candidate has:

Previous experience in a similar role

Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills

Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally

The ability to work at pace and pivot when required, without compromising on quality

Previous experience analysing data and reporting

Previous experience using a CMS is highly desired and experience using Google Analytics is preferred
