Job Description:
The role works with Royal Canin Korea E-Commerce team based in Seoul. The purpose of this role is to ensure the e-merchandising and recommendation of Royal Canin products by partnering with a variety of online customers and channels. This position plays an important role in driving sales and growing category in the digital space.
What are we looking for?
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationally
- Over 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce field
- Advanced level of English both written and verbal
- Proven and strong project management capabilities and ability to execute with excellence
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines ‒ Business results oriented, deal with ambiguity
- Able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, changing environment with a can do / solution-based
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Execute digital promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective media planning & optimization.
- Lead and monitor performance marketing strategies, including SEM(CPC), to optimize results.
- Develop content including product pages and display banners for conversion
- Oversee portfolio management to ensure product offerings align with market demand.
- Facilitate communication with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Manage A&P budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI across campaigns and channels.
