JOB DESCRIPTION
As the LATAM E-Comm Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the brand's e-commerce success across the diverse and dynamic markets of Latin America with primary focus on MEXICO. You'll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, passionate about crafting data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our LATAM audience and fuel online sales growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies tailored to specific LATAM markets (primarily MEXICO), considering cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
- Manage the LATAM e-commerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign ROI.
- Oversee all aspects of online marketing channels, including paid advertising (search, social, display), organic search optimization (SEO), email marketing, and establish a strong partnership with the PR and influencer marketing function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, merchandising, sales, wholesale ad retail) to ensure seamless online customer journeys and brand consistency.
- Analyze e-commerce data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay ahead of the curve on e-commerce trends and best practices in the LATAM region, proposing innovative marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales.
- Manage relationships with key e-commerce commercial partners and marketplaces in MEXICO and provide direction for the rest of the LATAM markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, insights on e-commerce performance and the development of action plans to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the MEXICO & LATAM e-commerce landscape and cultural diversity of the region.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

- Understanding of the wholesale ecosystem is preferable.
