Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of project documentation management system through document life cycle. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing the document management plan, procedures, templates and update them
  • Participating in document management system implementation project
  • Ensuring that project documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored
  • Ensuring that internal controls are in place and are functional
  • Ensuring the security, accessibility, traceability and proper distribution of project documents
  • Planning and conducting meetings and presentation
  • Assisting project managers in documentation preparation for the project committees, record and distribute meeting minutes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
  • 3+ years of documentation management experience
  • Knowledge of any document management systems
  • English and Lithuanian proficiency at the B2 level or higher
  • Able to work independently and make independent decisions when called for
  • Able to work on fast paced complex projects.
