Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • The role is focused on region, single or multiple countries of the Coca-Cola Company and responsible for business indicators such as volume, revenue and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered and working closely with Franchise Senior Technical Operations Director. The focus countries will be Iraq, Jordan and Iran as a TI&SC lead for the Franchise operation.
  • Provide technical leadership and execution support to the assigned territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all TI&SC (Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain) functional areas.
  • Technical Franchise leadership to support specific and challenging goal settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution. 
  • Lead actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements in the assigned territory.
  • Leadership and Operational support to franchise operation managers for the Coca-Cola System at the franchise territory level to build capabilities and capacities of product/package, supply chain and production infrastructure, processes, people and cost optimization solutions to drive growth in the specific territory.
  • Support as necessary the identification and execution of productivity initiatives at the franchise territory levels.
  • Work with Franchise operation to Execute the Supply Chain contingency plans and BCPs at the franchise territory level, coordinate demand and supply in alignment with the Supply Chain team and the bottling partners.
  • Support the development and execution of the specific Commercialization plans working directly with Corporate, the bottling partners, CPS (Commercial Products Supply) and other FO functions inside and outside the technical structure.
  • This role is an individual contributor, but it is expected to collaborate with other technical functions and provide guidance and support.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in one (preferably more than one) functional areas: QSE, SRA (Scientific and Regulatory Affairs), Commercialization, Supply Chain, Technical franchise leadership, CPS (Commercial Products Supply), R&D, food or beverage industry
  • Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills to ensure an efficient execution of the commercial/technical projects to be handled.
  • Strong risk mapping and problem-solving skills to support the assigned bottling operations in the corrective and preventive action definition.
  • Continuous improvement models applied to manufacturing and distribution environments.
