Role Overview:
We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Consultant to join our growing team at Lucidya. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Director of Performance & Strategy, Alaa Alherz, and contribute directly to the operational and strategic initiatives that drive Lucidya’s success. You will collaborate across departments—including Executive, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience—to optimize performance, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver key insights that enhance business outcomes. This dynamic role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics that drive organizational success.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to company growth and operational excellence.
- Data Management & Analytical Insights:
- Establish and maintain robust data collection systems across departments to ensure comprehensive insights.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance and optimize operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate strategic goals, performance updates, and key business insights effectively to all stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing high-level reports for board meetings and senior leadership reviews.
- Operational Optimization & Efficiency:
- Collaborate with departments to identify and implement operational improvements, enhancing efficiency and impact.
- Drive cross-functional projects that streamline operations and contribute directly to organizational success.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Support Alaa Alherz in managing compliance reviews across legal (contracts, negotiations) and operational processes.
- Work on ad-hoc projects that drive continuous improvement and compliance across the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a related role focused on business operations or performance management.
- Data Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data analysis; familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Performance Management: Experience in developing, tracking, and improving performance metrics across multiple functions.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of technology businesses and performance improvement methodologies.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Core Competencies:
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Riyadh-based, or open to relocation to Riyadh.
