Head of Operations

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the company's operational strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and ensuring alignment with the company's vision.

Operational Excellence:

Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating operational risks and ensuring a safe and ethical work environment.

Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, product development, CX, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

Partnership Management: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key services providers, ensuring optimal collaboration and value creation.

-Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

-5+ years of proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a tech or automotive company.

-Strong understanding of operations principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other operational improvement frameworks.

-Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
