This outstanding role allows you to directly influence multi-year cost reduction mandates, product cost-out programs, and transformations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, resourcing, and execution of large-scale cost-out programs, value engineering, product transfers, network changes, and quality improvement initiatives across multiple divisions.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process from framing with division partners to implementation and results tracking, ensuring accountability and clarity at each stage.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while managing timelines, resources, and partner expectations.
  • Build and maintain a project dashboard on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and encouraged outcomes.
  • Advocate for the implementation of standard methodologies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency, while sharing knowledge and processes throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Value Assurance group to establish and refine project selection criteria for annual objective planning.
  • Lead steering committee meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in operations strategy, value engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in leading cost-out and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of Operations/Engineering or Program Management experience leading other leaders
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, encouraging collaboration and driving team alignment towards common goals in a matrixed structure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and partner engagement skills, capable of building consensus and driving action across diverse groups.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes, with experience in driving improvements across these areas.
  • Innovative problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $160,100.00–$230,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
